Bridget Dineen (1842–1898)
Bridget was born on 22 May, 1842 in Caerleon, Monmouthshirea1, the third daughter of Daniel Dineen (1806–1861)★ and Mary Nighan (1800–1896)★. She was baptised as an infant on 4 Jun, 1842 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Stow Hill, Newporta1. She is Ian's great great grandmother.
Bridget was recorded in the 1851 census at Shoemaker's Row, Riscab1 with her father Daniel, a labourer, mother Mary and two siblings Johanna and Dennis.
By the time of the 1861 census she was living at Wain y pwyl farm, Llandegvethc1.
She married Patrick Bryan on 11 Nov, 1864 at St. Mary's Catholic Churchd1,a2 . They had one son. John was born on 3 Nov, 1865 in Pontymister, Riscad2.
She married Daniel Palmer, a journeyman shoemaker, on 7 Dec, 1867 at St. Mary's Catholic Churchd3,a3 and had one daughter. Jane was born on 15 Oct, 1868 in Newport, Monmouthshire. She married Alfred Harvey on 4 Sep, 1888d4. She died on 8 Aug, 1956 in Monmouthshire, Walese1 at the age of eighty-seven.
She married Joseph Ximenes (1840–1880)★, a coal miner, on 28 Oct, 1872 at St. Mary's Catholic Churchf1,d5,a4 and went on to have four children with him.

Bridget died at the age of fifty-six on 1 Oct, 1898 at St. John's Infirmary, Cardiffd12 She was survived by her husband John, now a collier.
