AT MENDHAM, NR. HARLESTON TO BE SOLD BY AUCTIONBy HOWLETT & LENNY
On Wesnesday, the 24th September, 1845
ALL the Live and Dead FARMING STOCK, with a
portion of the HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE and
Effects of Mr. James Brooks, (who declines Farming) ;
including 2 very useful cart horses, 2 prime milch cows,
fat hog, 2 strong 3/4-load tumbrils, market cart, 2 patent
ploughs, 2 pair harrows, jointed roll, 7 sets capital team
and plough harness, chaff cutter, stacking ladders, turnip
and hey bins, pigs troughs, with the usual farming tools.
The In-door Effects comprise post and tent bedsteads,
feather-beds, bed-room chairs, dining and jamb tables,
capital 8-day clock, 2, 30-hour ditto, 6 and 2 elbow elm
chairs, dairy, brewing, and washing utensils, and culinary
articles, described in Catalogues now in circulation.Sale to commence at One o'clock.
