Zilpha was born in 1800 in Wilstone, Tring. Her parents are not known. She is Stephanie's 4x great grandmother.

She married William Perkins (1798–1885)★ on 5 Mar, 1820 at Church of St Peter and St Paul, Tring^a1 . They had six children.

Zilpha died at the age of sixty-eight on 17 Sep, 1868 in Marsworth^c2 She was survived by her husband William.
