Millicent Mary Sharp (1837–1901)

Millicent Mary was born on 21 May, 1837 in Portland Town, Marylebonea1, the first child of William Sharp (1808–1893)★ and Mary Musson (1814–1881)★. She was baptised as an infant on 10 Sep, 1837 in Marylebone, Middlesexa1. She is Stephanie's great great grandmother.

She married Henry Richard Alcock (1831–?)★, a plaster pit labourer, on 4 Aug, 1859 at The Register Office in Newark on Trentc1 and went on to have three children with him.

In the 1861 census she was living at 48 Tenter Buildings, Newark on Trent, Newark on Trentg1 with her husband Henry Richard, now a working maltster and son William Alcock.

Millicent was recorded in the 1871 census at 11 Paxton's Court, Newark on Trenth1 with her two children Henry Arthur Alcock and William.

By the time of the 1881 census she was living at 53 Inner Street, Spittlegatek1 with her two children William, a signalman and Susannah Eliza Alcock, father William, now a general labourer and mother Mary.

In the 1891 census she was living at 53 Inner Streetm1 with her father William, now a retired labourer.

Millicent died at the age of sixty-three on 21 Mar, 1901 at Rose Lane, Woodstonec4
